The Wolverine Blend is a mix of two lab-made peptides — tiny chains of amino acids that act like signals in your body — put into one vial: BPC-157 and TB-500. The usual version is a 20 mg vial with 10 mg of each, so a 1:1 ratio, though different sellers make it in different strengths (vendor spec). It's nicknamed after the comic-book character Wolverine because of claims that it makes injuries heal super fast.

Mechanism under study

The idea behind combining them is that BPC-157 works like a local repair crew — it shows up right where an injury is and helps grow new blood vessels and calm inflammation (BPC-157 wound-healing review). TB-500 (based on a natural protein fragment called thymosin beta-4) works more like a coordinator that travels through the whole body, helping cells move to where repairs are needed (thymosin β4 review). Put together, the theory is that one handles the injury site while the other supports healing everywhere else. Important: this reasoning is borrowed from studies of each peptide alone — it isn't proof that combining them works better.

Human evidence summary

There's actually one real study that tested the combination directly, which is rare for peptide blends. Scientists cut the Achilles tendon in rats and compared BPC-157 alone, TB-500 alone, and the two together. They found the combination did NOT do better than either peptide by itself (Biçer et al., Jt Dis Relat Surg 2026). No studies in humans exist for the combination, and no other animal studies have looked at the pair together.
