Mechanism under study
Like the CJC-1295/ipamorelin blend, the goal is to stimulate growth hormone release from two different biological angles at once for a bigger effect than either alone. Tesamorelin has a stronger scientific pedigree than most research peptides — it's actually FDA-approved (brand name Egrifta) for reducing excess deep belly fat in people with HIV-related fat redistribution (Falutz et al., NEJM 2007). Still, the idea that adding ipamorelin improves on tesamorelin alone is based on general growth-hormone-peptide science, not on any study of this specific pairing.
