KLOW is GLOW (BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + TB-500) with a fourth peptide, KPV, added in. A common version is an 80 mg vial: 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500, and 10 mg KPV (Cenexa Labs spec). KPV is a small piece cut from a larger natural hormone called alpha-MSH.
Mechanism under study
KPV is added because it's been linked to calming down inflammation by blocking a cell-signaling pathway called NF-κB (Brzoska et al., Endocr Rev 2008; KPV anti-inflammatory data). The theory is that reducing inflammation might help the other three peptides do their repair work better. Just like with GLOW, this reasoning is theoretical and pieced together from separate single-peptide studies — no one has tested whether this actually happens when all four are combined.
