This blend pairs two peptides that both push the body to release more of its own growth hormone. CJC-1295 (the 'No DAC' version, sometimes called modified GRF 1-29) copies a natural hormone called GHRH. Ipamorelin works on a completely different hormone switch called the ghrelin receptor. A standard vial has 5 mg of each, for 10 mg total, in a 1:1 ratio (vendor spec).
Mechanism under study
Because the two peptides trigger growth hormone release through two different biological doorways, using them together is thought to produce a bigger growth hormone release than either one alone. Human research has shown that combining a GHRH-type peptide with a ghrelin-type peptide does boost growth hormone more than either alone (Leal-Cerro et al., Eur J Endocrinol 1995). But that finding is about the general class of peptides — it wasn't tested using this exact CJC-1295/ipamorelin pair, so applying it here is an extrapolation, not direct proof.
Human evidence summary
No published study or registered clinical trial has tested this exact CJC-1295 (No DAC) + ipamorelin combination. Ipamorelin's effects as a stand-alone selective peptide have been documented (Raun et al. 1998), but the no-DAC version of CJC-1295 has very little published human data on its own, let alone combined with anything else.
